Urban Atelier Group (UAG) is a workshop of dedicated construction management professionals offering innovative expertise at every stage of the construction process.We take pride in carefully selecting each team member and encourage an open environment of communication, collaboration and personal growth.We are currently seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join our team at our main offices in Union Square.Job summary:The Marketing Coordinator will own the full scope of the marketing function, from tactical execution to development of an overall marketing strategy.This individual will be responsible for creating and maintaining print and digital marketing materials; developing content for internal company communications; and supporting senior leadership in business development specifically around request for proposal process.The main focus of this role will be to win project awards by executing unique, creative marketing materials; including proposals, presentations and qualifications packages that present UAG in the most favorable light to potential clients.Key job functions:Manage weekly company pursuits, proposals, presentations, etc.Generate, investigate and track project leads.Collaborate with Senior Management to define positioning and develop a marketing strategyProduce a comprehensive suite of print and digital marketing materials.Help maintain and enhance the online reputation of UAG.Drive the proposal process from RFP analysis and planning to production of proposal materials.
