The Plant Nutrient Group formulates, stores, and distributes nutrient, specialty, and industrial inputs and corncob based products through our strategically located facilities and extensive network. Join our team at our Maumee, OH headquarters as a Supply Account Coordinator.
This position is responsible for supporting our Product Management team by processing incoming orders and entering other information into the ERP system. You will communicate and coordinate regularly with our product managers, other coordinators, locations and logistics teams.
* Maintain files, documents and system/database data, and produce scheduled and/or requested reports; processing incoming orders and entering other information into the ERP system * Follow standard procedures in conducting assigned processes. Complete all necessary steps, documentation, systems entry, and filing to ensure proper completion. * Prepare and distribute correspondence * Assist in the flow of information and documentation to facilitate internal coordination, and make recommendations for improvements. * Complete a variety of administrative tasks related to the office, this could include basic office management activities; ticketing/accounting/billing/credit tasks; inventory tracking; general human resources support; and phone, customer and visitor support. * Where applicable, assist with inbound/outbound commodity activity. * Assist with projects as assigned

Minimum Qualifications & Skills
* High School Diploma or GED equivalent required, Associate's Degree preferred * 3-5 years' relevant experience required * SAP and Excel experience preferred * Knowledge of supply chain, inventory and/or sales is preferred.
