In our effort to support our sales representatives and office/showrrom in NYC, we seek a Sales/Project Coordinator with experience in the A industry.The Sales/Project Coordinator has an extremely important role in our sales process - where everything is about speed and accuracy.Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain and manage the CRM system with contacts and sales opportunitiesSchedule and attend presentations and meetings with architects, designers, dealers, developers, and other high priority prospects.Develop, issue and revise accurate quotesTrack orders form start to finish and be the liaison to the operations teamMake sure the showroom is always in good shape for clients and new product is continuously changedWork with Marketing Dept. to consistently communicate business and design trends, consumer and trade attitudes, competitive practices, and product performance characteristics.Attend and participate in trade and industry events (IIDA, NEWH, Neocon, etc.) to increase client knowledge of Scandinavian Spaces, keep up-to-date on the marketplace and competitive activity, and to cultivate and maintain relationships with key accounts and specifiers.RequirementsThe ideal candidate has 1-5 years experience working within the broad A community and is looking for a new challenge.
