OfficeTeam is actively seeking an Administrative Assistant with property management experience for a client based in Oakland, CA! The ideal Administrative Assistant candidate will be available to start immediately, will have previous experience with property management, and will be very comfortable using the Yardi software. Independent workers are invited to apply! Your responsibilities - Meet and direct all visitors including vendors, clients, and customers - Work with vendors to produce maintenance work orders - Secure completion of paperwork, sign-in, and security procedures - Manage the recertification and compliance files for Section 8 and HUD
