Location:Bay Area, relocation assistance may be available for the right candidate Responsibilities: Serves as the Chief-of-Staff to Hybrid ITs CFO In partnership with the CFO, sets the strategy for the Hybrid IT finance organization with corresponding metrics, evaluating actual performance and providing timely reporting to leadership team on target achievement Defines and drives structure to meetings and interactions. Operationalizes decisions ensuring follow-up on unresolved discussions and actions. Prioritizes commitments for the CFO maximizing overall impact to drive business and finance goals Develops clear, succinct and compelling content for executive-level financial and analytical presentations and communications Handles complex situations and multiple responsibilities simultaneously, mixes long term projects with the urgency of immediate demands on the operations Acts as a liaison between the CFO and other constituencies, both internal and external Trusted advisor to the leadership team, works closely with the HR and Finance partners Helps take a leadership role to coordinate the Long Term Planning process, in conjunction with FP&A, operations, business units, and corporate strategy teams Assist in analysis and documentation for Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) Highlights business risks, and works with stakeholders to solutions issues, and track actions to closure Helps represent the HIT CFO office on cross-business topics and special projects Works with HIT CFO office peer group to coordinate and align on Hybrid IT Finance priorities, coordinates all employee meetings, and drive commitments and actions to closure Skills and Behaviors: Demonstrates a strong work ethic, passion, and a positive, can-do attitude Balances strategic thinking with tactical action to drive results; organized, structured approach to execution Ability to quickly build trust with others.
