The Finance and Supply Chain Manager will be an integral role for the Americas Travel Retail (AMTR) leadership team. This role will report into the Managing Director AMTR, and will be responsible for ensuring best in class financial support, as well as ensuring that supply chain enhances business development and delivers customer satisfaction. This role will also work closely with the sales & marketing teams to add value to business support.Job ResponsibilitiesResponsible for financial analysis and support to the sales & marketing teamsEnsure that business objectives are incorporated in analysis, reporting, and decision making activities. This includes key financial metrics, e.g. minimum pricing guidelines, brand objectives, market dynamics, stock allocations, and A investment criteria across key customers, locations, and brandsLead annual strategic plans and ongoing forecasts for stakeholdersManage reporting and contribute to the monthly P postings for AMTRResponsible for detailed analysis and presentation of customer sell out dataEffectively communicate and liaise with key stakeholders, e.g. AMTR leadership team, NY support team, Customer Service in Glasgow, and Global Travel Retail team in SingaporeContribute to process improvement plans for the business and finance departmentEffectively communicate financial information to key holders to help them quickly understand key drivers and take appropriate action if necessary.Lead Commercial Finance, Financial Accounting, and Supply Chain teams for Americas Travel RetailCommercial Finance:Report management information to the business in an accurate and timely mannerDevelop financial management tools and reportsLead the annual budget, quarterly forecast, and month end processesDrive the understanding and development of customer profitability & investment appraisalDrive continuous improvement of the analytical capabilities & insightsEnsure timely & accurate reporting of customer sell out dataSupport strategic projectsFinancial Accounting:Collaborate with New York finance team with accounting procedures, including AR, AP, and credit controlKey contact between local operating company (LOC) & group financeSupply Chain:Ensure the sales & operations planning process is best in classManage relationship with external 3rdparty logistic provider in Miami (WTDC), and brand owners (Titos, Sazerac & Ilva)Oversee malts allocation process in conjunction with Global Travel Retail in SingaporeDevelop supply chain management tools & reportsKey contact between LOC and Global travel retailSupervise and coach supply chain teamThis role will involve collaborating with various departments in the organization in different time zones.Occasional travel is required. Participation in bi-monthly early/late hour calls with Global Travel Retail headquarters based in Singapore will be required.
